Viel Spa\u00df beim Lesen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Neues vom netzwerk medien.vielfalt!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00dcber das netzwerk medien.vielfalt!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das netzwerk medien.vielfalt! ist ein transkultureller Zusammenschluss von mehreren mehrsprachigen Radioprojekten und Redaktionen von Menschen mit Flucht- und Migrationserfahrung in den Freien Radios. Das \u201enetzwerk medien.vielfalt!\u201c startete am 1. Januar 2020 in Kooperation mit Medieninitiativen in der ganzen Republik. Ein gemeinsames Projekt, dass wir bereits begonnen haben ist die Entwicklung und Ver\u00f6ffentlichung der Website &#8222;Colourful Voices&#8220; in der unsere Produktionen gesammelt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Netzwerk hat es sich zum Ziel gesetzt, einen nachhaltigen und \u00fcberregionalen Zusammenschluss von Redaktionen und Medienschaffenden in ganz Deutschland zu etablieren. Das Netzwerk soll die Perspektiven und Lebensrealit\u00e4ten von Menschen mit Fluchterfahrung im medialen Diskurs h\u00f6r- und sichtbarer machen und ihnen ein gesellschaftliches und individuelles Empowerment erm\u00f6glichen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Die neue Kategorie \u201cEingewanderte und ihre Nachkommen\u201d<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ein Kommentar von Ramin von Refugee Radio Plus in Stuttgart<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das statistische Bundesamt schafft die Kategorie \u201eMenschen mit Migrationshintergrund\u201c ab und f\u00fchrt eine neue Kategorie \u201eEingewanderte und ihre Nachkommen\u201c ein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Die ganze Debatte klingt f\u00fcr mich so, bis hin zu Ihren gesamten n\u00e4chsten Generationen, welchen politisch korrekten Begriff k\u00f6nnen wir verwenden, um Sie von anderen zu trennen? Ehrlich, warum m\u00fcssen wir die Migrationserfahrung von jemandem offiziell angeben und sogar seine\/ihre Kinder nachfolgen? Ich glaube nicht, dass wir ihnen zus\u00e4tzliche Hilfe anbieten werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich wei\u00df, dass Migration langfristige Auswirkungen auf den Einzelnen haben und sogar die n\u00e4chste Generation betreffen kann, aber wenn wir helfen wollen, warum k\u00f6nnen wir nicht einfach allen Bed\u00fcrftigen helfen?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/colourfulvoices.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/news04_1.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Der einzige praktische Grund, den ich sehe, um in diesem Sinn eine Kategorie zu erstellen, ist, dass jemand, der neu in einem Land ist, vielleicht offizielle Unterst\u00fctzung braucht, um sich an die neue Umgebung anzupassen, genau aus diesem Grund brauchen wir vielleicht eine offizielle Kategorie f\u00fcr diesen speziellen Fall in dem b\u00fcrokratischen Verfahren. Die so einfach wie Neuank\u00f6mmlinge sein k\u00f6nnten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beachten Sie, dass Sie, nachdem Sie ein paar Jahre an einem Ort gelebt haben, schlie\u00dflich, buchst\u00e4blich und sogar emotional kein Neuank\u00f6mmling mehr sind, Sie sind nur einer der Menschen, die dort leben, und es gibt keinen Grund, Sie offiziell von anderen zu unterscheiden. Hier geht es nicht um ein pers\u00f6nliches Vokabular, hier geht es um offizielle Kategorisierungen, Kategorien, die keinen Bezug zur Realit\u00e4t haben, uns nicht weiterhelfen k\u00f6nnen, als einheimische vs. nicht-einheimische Diagramme und Linien zu ziehen, Menschen zu trennen, ein Zeichen auf sie zu setzen und es f\u00fcr Jahrzehnte und Generationen an unser Unterbewusstsein zu haften.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im n\u00e4chsten Newsletter findet ihr eine andere Position zu dieser Debatte. Seid gespannt!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Spotlight auf radio connection in Berlin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ein Interview mit der Redaktion<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das Leben in Deutschland, die Probleme im Alltag und die Situation in den Gruppenunterk\u00fcnften \u2013 all das sind die Themen der Berliner Redaktion radio connection. Seit 2018 ist die Redaktion aktiv und engagiert sich im netzwerk medien.vielfalt!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In unserer neuen Reihe \u201eIm Portrait\u201c wollen wir monatlich die teilnehmenden Redaktionen und Einzelpersonen im Netzwerk vorstellen. Wahid ist seit Anfang an dabei und hat uns in einem Gespr\u00e4ch mehr \u00fcber die radio connection berichtet. Seine Motivation ist es die eigenen und anderen Perspektiven sichtbar und h\u00f6rbar zu machen. Das Netzwerk unterst\u00fctzt dabei gerade kleineren Redaktionen und st\u00e4rkt sie. Ich habe in 19. Jahren in vier L\u00e4ndern gelebt und ich habe auch viele verschiedene Kulturteile in mir. Mein Papa ist aus Tunesien, meine Mama ist aus Syrien und ich bin hier in Deutschland geboren. Ich habe aber auch in Syrien und in Tunesien gelebt. Bei mir ist es so, dass ich mich nicht mir einer Kultur identifizieren kann, weil ich \u00fcberall gelebt habe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Und auch bei mir Zuhause ist alles super gemischt, was Kultur angeht, weil ich mit diesen beiden Elternteilen aufgewachsen bin, die selber ihre eigene Kultur haben. Meine Familie hat dann daraus ihre eigene Kultur entwickelt. Dazu kommt, dass ich sehr extrovertiert bin und sehr viel aufnehme von anderen Menschen. Das hat meine Pers\u00f6nlichkeit gepr\u00e4gt: Ich bin sehr divers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Was sind Themen, die dir sehr wichtig sind?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Feminismus, Intersektionalit\u00e4t, Migration, Flucht, Diversit\u00e4t im Allgemeinen und Gerechtigkeit auf der Welt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/colourfulvoices.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/news04_2.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Du bist Teil vom \u201cnetzwerk medien.vielfalt!\u201d. Was sind da deine unterschiedlichen Rollen?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Erstmal war ich einfach nur eine Redakteurin im netzwerk medien.vielfalt! Ich war Teil der Redaktion Immigration Broadcast in N\u00fcrnberg. Es war die transkulturelle Sendung in N\u00fcrnberg. Die Redaktion hat sich leider Ende 2021 aufgel\u00f6st. Aber bis dahin war ich als Redakteurin dieser Sendung dabei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Sommer 2021 hab ich mit meiner Kollegin Megha unseren Podcast \u201c(Not) Okay!\u201d angefangen. Da teilen wir uns die Rolle der Projektleitung und produzieren gemeinsam die verschiedenen Episoden. Ich \u00fcbernehme aber die Verbindung zum Netzwerk. In unserem Podcast geht es um psychische Gesundheit und psychische Krankheiten. Also alles was die Psyche angeht aus der Perspektive von jungen Menschen und auch aus einer Betroffenen Perspektive. Es ist ein realistischer Podcast. Und es geht uns sehr stark um Antistigmatisierung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seit Januar 2022 bin ich die Koordinatorin f\u00fcr Sprachgruppen und interne Kommunikation im Netzwerk. Mein Job ist quasi die Kommunikation in den verschiedenen Sprachen zu vertiefen und dabei mehr Verbundenheit und gemeinsame Projekte zwischen den unterschiedlichen Redaktionen zu schaffen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Was ist deine Meinung zu \u201cColourful Voices\u201d und dem \u201cnetzwerk medien.vielfalt!\u201d?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cColourful Voices\u201d als Medienplattform finde ich super! Wir produzieren sehr unterschiedliche Medienbeitr\u00e4ge in den verschiedenen Redaktionen und manche \u00e4hneln sich auch irgendwie. Durch diese Plattform sieht man wie \u201ccolourful\u201d unser Netzwerk ist und auch was uns einigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Das \u201cnetzwerk medien.vielfalt!\u201d ist f\u00fcr mich so ein gro\u00dfes und wichtiges Projekt. Wenn man dar\u00fcber nachdenkt wie viele Menschen da mitwirken, was da alles passiert und wie viele Leute das Alles auch organisieren! Bei unseren Netzwerktreffen ist alles super energetisch und super cool! Wenn man in diesem Bereich arbeitet oder teilweise auch betroffen ist, von Diskriminierung und so, und sich alleine f\u00fchlt\u2026 Wenn man dann diese Leute findet, diese Community findet, dann ist das super cool, weil man das Gef\u00fchl hat nicht mehr allein zu sein. Es gibt viele, die das Gleiche machen wie ich und die haben auch die gleichen H\u00fcrden, die gleichen Probleme, aber auch die gleichen Erfolge. Mich bereichert der Austausch zwischen uns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Was ist dein Wunsch f\u00fcr die Zukunft f\u00fcr das Netzwerk?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ich w\u00fcnsche mir echt, dass diese Energie und dieses Community-Gef\u00fchl, das wir haben, erhalten bleiben, dass unser Content offen f\u00fcr Innovationen bleibt, dass unser Content den gleichen Spirit beh\u00e4lt aber sich trotzdem weiterentwickelt!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Best of Colourful Voices<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Unsere monatliche Sammlung der im Netzwerk produzierten Audiobeitr\u00e4gen<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wir, die &#8222;Colourful Voices&#8220;, sind Medienmacher:innen mit Migrations- und Fluchterfahrung. Unter dem Dach des &#8222;netzwerk medien.vielfalt!&#8220; erheben wir unsere Stimmen durch die Macht der Medien und schaffen uns eine Vertretung im deutschen Medienkontext. Le &#8222;netzwerk medien.vielfalt!&#8220; a d\u00e9marr\u00e9 le 1er janvier 2020 en coop\u00e9ration avec des initiatives m\u00e9diatiques dans toute la R\u00e9publique. Un projet commun que nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 commenc\u00e9 est le d\u00e9veloppement et la publication du site web &#8222;Colourful Voices&#8220; dans lequel nos productions sont rassembl\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le r\u00e9seau s&#8217;est fix\u00e9 pour objectif d&#8217;\u00e9tablir une association durable et suprar\u00e9gionale de r\u00e9dactions et de professionnels des m\u00e9dias dans toute l&#8217;Allemagne. Le r\u00e9seau doit rendre plus audibles et visibles les perspectives et les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s de vie des personnes issues de l&#8217;immigration dans le discours m\u00e9diatique et leur permettre un empowerment social et individuel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La nouvelle cat\u00e9gorie &#8222;Immigr\u00e9.e.s et leurs descendant.e.s&#8220;.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un commentaire de Ramin de Refugee Radio Plus \u00e0 Stuttgart<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral des statistiques supprime la cat\u00e9gorie &#8222;personnes issues de l&#8217;immigration&#8220; et introduit une nouvelle cat\u00e9gorie &#8222;immigr\u00e9.e.s et leurs descendant.e.s&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout ce d\u00e9bat me semble se r\u00e9sumer \u00e0 cela&nbsp;: jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 l&#8217;ensemble de vos prochaines g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, quel terme politiquement correct pouvons-nous utiliser pour vous s\u00e9parer des autres ? Honn\u00eatement, pourquoi devons-nous d\u00e9clarer officiellement l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience migratoire de quelqu&#8217;un et m\u00eame suivre ses\/leurs enfants ? Je ne pense pas que nous leur offrirons une aide suppl\u00e9mentaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je sais que la migration peut avoir un impact \u00e0 long terme sur les individus et m\u00eame sur la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, mais si nous voulons aider, pourquoi ne pouvons-nous pas simplement aider tous ceux et celles qui en ont besoin ?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/colourfulvoices.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/news04_1.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>La seule raison pratique que je vois, pour cr\u00e9er une cat\u00e9gorie dans ce sens, est que quelqu&#8217;un de nouveau dans un pays peut avoir besoin d&#8217;une aide officielle pour s&#8217;adapter \u00e0 son nouvel environnement. C&#8217;est exactement pour cette raison que nous avons peut-\u00eatre besoin d&#8217;une cat\u00e9gorie officielle pour ce cas particulier dans le processus bureaucratique, qui pourrait \u00eatre aussi simple \u00ab&nbsp;les nouveaux arrivants&nbsp;\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Notez qu&#8217;apr\u00e8s avoir v\u00e9cu quelques ann\u00e9es dans un endroit, vous n&#8217;\u00eates finalement, litt\u00e9ralement et m\u00eame \u00e9motionnellement plus un nouvel arrivant, vous \u00eates juste l&#8217;une des personnes qui y vivent, et il n&#8217;y a aucune raison de vous distinguer officiellement des autres. Il ne s&#8217;agit pas ici d&#8217;un vocabulaire personnel, il s&#8217;agit de cat\u00e9gorisations officielles, de cat\u00e9gories qui n&#8217;ont aucun rapport avec la r\u00e9alit\u00e9, qui ne peuvent pas nous aider davantage que de tracer des diagrammes et des lignes entre indig\u00e8nes vs non-indig\u00e8nes, de s\u00e9parer les gens, de mettre un signe sur eux et de le coller \u00e0 notre subconscient pour des d\u00e9cennies et des g\u00e9n\u00e9rations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la prochaine newsletter, vous trouverez une autre position dans ce d\u00e9bat. J&#8217;ai v\u00e9cu dans quatre pays en 19 ans et j&#8217;ai aussi beaucoup de cultures diff\u00e9rentes en moi. Mon papa est tunisien, ma maman est syrienne et je suis n\u00e9e ici en Allemagne. Mais j&#8217;ai aussi v\u00e9cu en Syrie et en Tunisie. Dans mon cas, je ne peux pas m&#8217;identifier \u00e0 une culture, car j&#8217;ai v\u00e9cu partout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Et chez moi \u00e0 la maison aussi, tout est super m\u00e9lang\u00e9 en termes de culture, parce que j&#8217;ai grandi avec ces deux parents qui ont eux-m\u00eames leur propre culture. Ma famille a ensuite d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 sa propre culture. De plus, je suis tr\u00e8s extravertie et j&#8217;absorbe beaucoup de choses des autres. Cela a forg\u00e9 ma personnalit\u00e9 : Je suis tr\u00e8s diversifi\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quels sont les th\u00e8mes qui te tiennent \u00e0 c\u0153ur ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le f\u00e9minisme, l&#8217;intersectionnalit\u00e9, la migration, la fuite, la diversit\u00e9 en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral et la justice dans le monde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/colourfulvoices.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/news04_2.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tu fais partie du &#8222;r\u00e9seau medien.vielfalt!\u201c. Quels sont tes diff\u00e9rents r\u00f4les ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout d&#8217;abord, j&#8217;\u00e9tais simplement une r\u00e9dactrice au sein du r\u00e9seau medien.vielfalt! Je faisais partie de la r\u00e9daction d&#8217;Immigration Broadcast \u00e0 Nuremberg. C&#8217;\u00e9tait l&#8217;\u00e9mission transculturelle de Nuremberg. Malheureusement, la r\u00e9daction a \u00e9t\u00e9 dissoute fin 2021. Mais jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 cette date, j&#8217;ai particip\u00e9 \u00e0 cette \u00e9mission en tant que r\u00e9dactrice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En \u00e9t\u00e9 2021, j&#8217;ai commenc\u00e9 notre podcast &#8222;(Not) Okay!&#8220; avec ma coll\u00e8gue Megha. L\u00e0, nous nous partageons le r\u00f4le de chef de projet et produisons ensemble les diff\u00e9rents \u00e9pisodes. Je me charge toutefois de la liaison avec le r\u00e9seau. Notre podcast traite de la sant\u00e9 mentale et des maladies mentales. Donc tout ce qui concerne le psychisme du point de vue des jeunes et des personnes concern\u00e9es. C&#8217;est un podcast r\u00e9aliste. Et nous sommes tr\u00e8s attach\u00e9s \u00e0 la lutte contre la stigmatisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis janvier 2022, je suis la coordinatrice des groupes linguistiques et de la communication interne du r\u00e9seau. Mon travail consiste en gros \u00e0 approfondir la communication dans les diff\u00e9rentes langues et, ce faisant, \u00e0 cr\u00e9er davantage de liens et de projets communs entre les diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9dactions. <strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quel<\/strong> <strong>est ton avis sur &#8222;Colourful Voices&#8220; et sur le &#8222;r\u00e9seau medien.vielfalt!\u201c<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je trouve que &#8222;Colourful Voices&#8220; est une super plate-forme m\u00e9diatique ! Nous produisons des contributions m\u00e9diatiques tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rentes dans les diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9dactions et certaines se ressemblent aussi d&#8217;une certaine mani\u00e8re. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette plate-forme, on voit \u00e0 quel point notre r\u00e9seau est color\u00e9 et ce qui nous unit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le &#8222;netzwerk medien.vielfalt!&#8220; est pour moi un projet si grand et si important. Quand on pense au nombre de personnes qui y participent, \u00e0 tout ce qui s&#8217;y passe et au nombre de personnes qui organisent tout cela ! Lors de nos r\u00e9unions de r\u00e9seau, tout est super \u00e9nergique et super cool ! Quand on travaille dans ce domaine ou qu&#8217;on est partiellement concern\u00e9 par la discrimination et tout \u00e7a, et qu&#8217;on se sent seul&#8230; Quand on trouve ces gens, cette communaut\u00e9, c&#8217;est super cool, parce qu&#8217;on a l&#8217;impression de ne plus \u00eatre seul. Il y a beaucoup de gens qui font la m\u00eame chose que moi et qui ont aussi les m\u00eames obstacles, les m\u00eames probl\u00e8mes, mais aussi les m\u00eames succ\u00e8s. Have fun reading!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">News from the netzwerk medien.vielfalt!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About the netzwerk medien.vielfalt!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The netzwerk medien.vielfalt! is a transcultural association of several multilingual radio projects and editorial teams of people with refugee and migration experience in independent radio stations. The &#8222;netzwerk medien.vielfalt!&#8220; started on 1 January 2020 in cooperation with media initiatives throughout the republic. A joint project that we have already started is the development and publication of the website &#8222;Colourful Voices&#8220; where our productions are collected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The network has set itself the goal of establishing a sustainable and supra-regional association of editorial offices and media professionals throughout Germany. The network aims to make the perspectives and realities of people with refugee experience more audible and visible in the media discourse and to enable their social and individual empowerment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The new category &#8222;Immigrants and their descendants&#8220;.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A comment by Ramin from Refugee Radio Plus in Stuttgart<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Federal Statistical Office is abolishing the category &#8222;people with a migration background&#8220; and introducing a new category &#8222;immigrants and their descendants&#8220;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The whole debate sounds to me like, down to your entire next generations, what politically correct term can we use to separate you from others? Honestly, why do we have to officially state someone&#8217;s migration experience and even follow his\/her children? I don&#8217;t think we will offer them any extra help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I know migration can have long term effects on individuals and even affect the next generation, but if we want to help, why can&#8217;t we just help everyone in need?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/colourfulvoices.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/news04_1.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The only practical reason I can see to create a category in this sense is that someone who is new to a country may need official support to adapt to the new environment, for this very reason we may need an official category for this particular case in the bureaucratic process. Which could be as simple as newcomers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Note that after living in a place for a few years, you are finally, literally and even emotionally no longer a newcomer, you are just one of the people who live there and there is no reason to officially distinguish you from others. This is not about a personal vocabulary, this is about official categorisations, categories that have no relation to reality, can&#8217;t help us any further than drawing native vs. non-native diagrams and lines, separating people, putting a mark on them and sticking it to our subconscious for decades and generations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the next newsletter you will find another position on this debate. I have lived in four countries in 19 years and I also have many different cultural parts in me. My dad is from Tunisia, my mum is from Syria and I was born here in Germany. But I have also lived in Syria and Tunisia. In my case, I can&#8217;t identify with one culture because I&#8217;ve lived everywhere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And also at home, everything is super mixed as far as culture is concerned, because I grew up with these two parents who themselves have their own culture. My family then developed its own culture from that. In addition, I am very extroverted and absorb a lot from other people. That has shaped my personality: I am very diverse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What are issues that are very important to you?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Feminism, intersectionality, migration, flight, diversity in general and justice in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/colourfulvoices.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/news04_2.jpg\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>You are part of the &#8222;media.diversity! network&#8220;. What are your different roles there?<\/strong><strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First of all, I was just an editor at netzwerk medien.vielfalt! I was part of the Immigration Broadcast editorial team in Nuremberg. It was the transcultural broadcast in Nuremberg. Unfortunately, the editorial team disbanded at the end of 2021. But until then, I was there as the editor of this broadcast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the summer of 2021, I started our podcast &#8222;(Not) Okay!&#8220; with my colleague Megha. We share the role of project management and produce the various episodes together. But I take over the connection to the network. Our podcast is about mental health and mental illness. So everything that concerns the psyche from the perspective of young people and also from the perspective of those affected. It&#8217;s a realistic podcast. And we are very much about anti-stigma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since January 2022, I have been the coordinator for language groups and internal communication in the network. My job is more or less to deepen communication in the different languages, creating more connectedness and joint projects between the different editorial teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What is your opinion about &#8222;Colourful Voices&#8220; and the &#8222;netzwerk medien.vielfalt!&#8220;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8222;I think Colourful Voices is a great media platform! We produce very different media contributions in the different editorial departments and some are also somehow similar. Through this platform you can see how &#8222;colourful&#8220; our network is and also what unites us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The &#8222;netzwerk medien.vielfalt!&#8220; is such a big and important project for me. When you think about how many people are involved, what happens and how many people organise everything! At our network meetings everything is super energetic and super cool! If you work in this field or are partly affected by discrimination and so on, and you feel alone&#8230; If you then find these people, find this community, then it&#8217;s super cool, because you no longer feel alone. There are many who do the same thing as me and they also have the same hurdles, the same problems, but also the same successes.
