hier kommt der April-Newsletter vom \u201cnetzwerk medien.vielfalt!\u201d. Dieser Newsletter ist auch auf Franz\u00f6sisch und Englisch verf\u00fcgbar. Klickt daf\u00fcr auf die hier folgenden Links. Viel Spa\u00df beim Lesen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n ein Text von Mahtab Mahboub<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n In den vergangenen Monaten haben wir miterlebt, wie (zivilgesellschaftliche wie staatliche) Institutionen Fl\u00fcchtlinge in „gute, verdiente“ und schwarze und braune Fl\u00fcchtlinge kategorisiert haben. Die lauten Stimmen, die diese wei\u00dfe Vorherrschaft kritisieren, wollen mehr als „Mitgef\u00fchl und Empathie“ von Ihnen. Sie f\u00fchren uns in die Richtung einer politischen Gemeinschaft, in der, wie Arendt es formulierte, „wir nicht nach den Merkmalen beurteilt werden, die uns bei der Geburt bestimmen, sondern nach unseren Handlungen und Meinungen, nach dem, was wir tun und sagen und denken“! Die Logik der Empathie, des Altruismus, des „es h\u00e4tte auch mich oder meine Verwandten treffen k\u00f6nnen“ funktioniert hier nicht. Sie werden weder im Mittelmeer ertrinken, noch werden Sie an der ungarischen Grenze von einer Kamerafrau \u00fcberfahren, w\u00e4hrend Sie ein Kind im Arm halten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Doch damit ein „menschliches Miteinander“ m\u00f6glich oder auch nur vorstellbar ist, f\u00fcr eine Gesellschaft, der wir uns alle zugeh\u00f6rig f\u00fchlen, m\u00fcssen wir alle unseren Beitrag leisten. Wir sind es leid, mit uns selbst zu reden, uns selbst zuzuh\u00f6ren, uns selbst aus dem Burnout zu holen, nur um festzustellen, dass wir unser eigenes Publikum sind, w\u00e4hrend wir das Grundrecht auf politische Beteiligung, das Wahlrecht, nicht haben. Verbunden mit einem Schmerz, den jeder von uns individuell erfahren hat, sehen wir in unserem Kampf nicht nur f\u00fcr unsere Rechte, sondern auch f\u00fcr die Gleichheit und die W\u00fcrde des Menschen in der Gesellschaft, in der wir leben, immer Menschen „wie uns“.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Wie Yvonne Esi M\u00fcller, Landesvorsitzende in NRW & im Bundesvorstand von Die Urbane bei unserer letzten Kundgebung ausrufen musste, m\u00fcssen wir fragen „wo seid ihr Leute? Ihr, die ihr Selfies mit der Kuppel macht, uns aber ungesehen und ungeh\u00f6rt lasst?“ Angesichts eines Staates und politischer Parteien, die immer wieder die Alterit\u00e4t anprangern und das Anderssein des Anderen als gef\u00e4hrlich darstellen, bleibt uns nichts anderes \u00fcbrig, als ein politisches Narrativ zu entwickeln, das Nicht-B\u00fcrger weder als kulturelles Dekorationsobjekt noch als Bedrohung darstellt, sondern als g\u00fcltige und relevante soziale Akteure. Wir brauchen einen politischen Diskurs, der den Aufbau von Solidarit\u00e4t und Koalitionen erm\u00f6glicht, aber nicht die Last des gesamten Kampfes nur den am meisten Unterdr\u00fcckten mit dem geringsten Zugang zu Ressourcen aufb\u00fcrdet. Gerade deshalb, weil Sie nicht die Fl\u00fcchtlinge sind, haben Sie die Verantwortung, zuzuh\u00f6ren und Ihre Stimme f\u00fcr eine inklusive Demokratie zu erheben. Unterst\u00fctzen Sie uns in unserem Kampf um das Wahlrecht, um sich daran zu erinnern, dass es ein Recht ist und kein Privileg, das nur den Menschen mit dem richtigen Pass zusteht! Sie k\u00f6nnen w\u00e4hlen und Sie k\u00f6nnen f\u00fcr das „Leben“ stimmen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n „Du sollst nicht t\u00f6ten“! Das ist es, was ein menschliches Gesicht dem anderen sagt (mit den Worten von Levinas). Umso wichtiger ist die Erkenntnis, dass in den letzten Monaten immer h\u00e4ufiger \u00fcber das Thema gesprochen wird. Dass wir dar\u00fcber sprechen k\u00f6nnen ist vor allem auch durch Aufkl\u00e4rungsarbeit, wie des (not) okay Podcasts des „netzwerk medien.vielfalt!“ erst m\u00f6glich. Denn nicht erst seit gestern besch\u00e4ftigt sich der Anti-Stigma-Podcast realistisch, kritisch und empowernd mit den Themen Psyche, Krankheit, Gesundheit, Stereotype und (Ent-)Stigmatisierung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n F\u00fcr unsere neue Rubrik \u201eIm Portrait\u201c haben wir uns mit Yumn und Megha vom (not) okay Podcast unterhalten. Im Beitrag erfahrt ihr mehr \u00fcber die Themen des Podcasts und warum es wichtig ist die Lebenswelt von Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen sichtbar zu machen. Was sind deine verschiedenen Rollen in diesem Netzwerk?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Ich versuche, bei Bedarf Ideen einzubringen, an Diskussionen \u00fcber die vom gesamten Netzwerk vorgeschlagenen Ideen teilzunehmen, sie zu unterst\u00fctzen und meinen Senf dazuzugeben. Wenn es darum geht, Skizzen oder auch Illustrationen anzufertigen oder ein paar Texte beizusteuern, unterst\u00fctze ich gerne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Du bist der Hauptillustrator der Netzwerkausstellung „Nothing about us without us“, die zum ersten Mal auf der No Lager-Konferenz in G\u00f6ttingen gezeigt werden wird! Was hat dich zur Illustration gebracht? Wie ist es zu deiner Leidenschaft geworden?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Ich mag Inspirationen und dadurch ist es zu meiner Leidenschaft geworden. Ich lasse mich von einer Idee inspirieren und versuche, sie in Form eines Zeichens oder einer Skizze oder eigentlich in Schriftform darzustellen. Das war schon als Kind eine Leidenschaft f\u00fcr mich: Ich will Illustrationen machen. Ich nehme Inspirationen auf und setze sie schriftlich oder in Illustrationen oder in Liedtexten um. Ich m\u00f6chte meine Sicht der Dinge darstellen. Es hilft mir, Schwierigkeiten zu \u00fcberwinden. Es beruhigt mich eigentlich auch, wenn ich verwirrt bin oder mich in tiefen Gedanken befinde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Ist es f\u00fcr dich etwas Politisches, zu zeichnen oder zu schreiben?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Ich dr\u00fccke mich durch Zeichnungen und Texte aus und das ist politisch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Wie ist deine Meinung zu Coulourful Voices und dem netzwerk medien.vielfalt!?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Ich finde, es ist eine Initiative, die ich heute begr\u00fc\u00dfe, weil es eine Plattform ist, die es Migrantinnen und Migranten verschiedener Nationalit\u00e4ten erm\u00f6glicht, sich auszudr\u00fccken, ihre Meinung zu bestimmten Themen zu \u00e4u\u00dfern und sich Geh\u00f6r zu verschaffen. Meiner Meinung nach ist diese Meinungsfreiheit ein gro\u00dfer Pluspunkt in diesem Netzwerk. Es ist eine gro\u00dfe Chance f\u00fcr die Migrant:innen, die Teil des Netzwerks sind, sich auszudr\u00fccken, ihre Meinung zu \u00e4u\u00dfern und sich ihm wirklich anzuschlie\u00dfen. Juni in G\u00f6ttingen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Dort treffen sich Gefl\u00fcchtete und antirassistische Organisation, um sich auszutauschen und ihre Arbeit bundesweit zu verbinden \u2013 da d\u00fcrfen wir nicht fehlen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n Wir werden dort einen Radioworkshop f\u00fcr Interessierte anbieten und gemeinsam von der Konferenz berichten. Bonne lecture !<\/p>\n\n\n\n un texte de Mahtab Mahboub<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Au cours des derniers mois, nous avons assist\u00e9 \u00e0 la cat\u00e9gorisation des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s par les institutions (de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et de l’\u00c9tat) en r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s „bons et m\u00e9ritants“ et en r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s noirs et bruns. Les voix fortes qui critiquent cette supr\u00e9matie blanche veulent plus que de la „compassion et de l’empathie“ de votre part. Elles nous entra\u00eenent vers une communaut\u00e9 politique dans laquelle, comme le disait Arendt, „nous ne sommes pas jug\u00e9s selon les caract\u00e9ristiques qui nous d\u00e9terminent \u00e0 la naissance, mais selon nos actions et nos opinions, selon ce que nous faisons et disons et pensons“! La logique de l’empathie, de l’altruisme, du „cela aurait pu m’arriver \u00e0 moi ou \u00e0 mes proches“ ne fonctionne pas ici. Vous ne vous noyez pas dans la M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e, ni ne vous faites \u00e9craser par une camerawoman \u00e0 la fronti\u00e8re hongroise alors que vous tenez un enfant dans vos bras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mais pour qu’une „coexistence humaine“ soit possible ou m\u00eame imaginable, pour une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 laquelle nous nous sentons tous appartenir, nous devons tous apporter notre contribution. Nous sommes fatigu\u00e9s de nous parler \u00e0 nous-m\u00eames, de nous \u00e9couter, de nous sortir du burnout, pour constater que nous sommes notre propre public, alors que nous n’avons pas le droit fondamental de participer \u00e0 la politique, le droit de vote. Li\u00e9s \u00e0 une douleur que chacun d’entre nous a v\u00e9cue individuellement, nous voyons toujours des gens „comme nous“ dans notre lutte non seulement pour nos droits, mais aussi pour l’\u00e9galit\u00e9 et la dignit\u00e9 de l’\u00eatre humain dans la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 dans laquelle nous vivons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Comme devait s’exclamer Yvonne Esi M\u00fcller, pr\u00e9sidente r\u00e9gionale en Rh\u00e9nanie-du-Nord-Westphalie & membre du bureau f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de Die Urbane lors de notre derni\u00e8re manifestation, nous devons demander „o\u00f9 \u00eates-vous les gens ? Vous qui prenez des selfies avec la coupole, mais qui nous laissez invisibles et inaudibles“ ? Face \u00e0 un \u00c9tat et des partis politiques qui ne cessent de d\u00e9noncer l’alt\u00e9rit\u00e9 et de pr\u00e9senter la diff\u00e9rence de l’autre comme dangereuse, nous n’avons d’autre choix que de d\u00e9velopper un r\u00e9cit politique qui ne pr\u00e9sente les non-citoyens ni comme un objet de d\u00e9coration culturelle ni comme une menace, mais comme des acteurs sociaux valides et pertinents. Nous avons besoin d’un discours politique qui permette la construction de la solidarit\u00e9 et des coalitions, mais qui ne fasse pas peser le poids de toute la lutte uniquement sur les plus opprim\u00e9s ayant le moins acc\u00e8s aux ressources. C’est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment parce que vous n’\u00eates pas des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s que vous avez la responsabilit\u00e9 d’\u00e9couter et de faire entendre votre voix pour une d\u00e9mocratie inclusive. Soutenez-nous dans notre lutte pour le droit de vote, pour vous rappeler qu’il s’agit d’un droit et non d’un privil\u00e8ge r\u00e9serv\u00e9 aux personnes disposant du bon passeport ! Vous pouvez voter et vous pouvez voter pour la „vie“ !<\/p>\n\n\n\n „Tu ne tueras point“ ! C’est ce qu’un visage humain dit \u00e0 un autre (avec les mots de Levinas). Il est d’autant plus important de reconna\u00eetre que ces derniers mois, on parle de plus en plus de ce sujet. Le fait que nous puissions en parler n’est possible que gr\u00e2ce au travail d’information, comme le podcast (not) okay du „netzwerk medien.vielfalt ! Car ce n’est pas d’hier que le podcast anti-stigmatisation traite de mani\u00e8re r\u00e9aliste, critique et empowerment des th\u00e8mes de la psych\u00e9, de la maladie, de la sant\u00e9, des st\u00e9r\u00e9otypes et de la (d\u00e9)stigmatisation. Quels sont tes diff\u00e9rents r\u00f4les dans ce r\u00e9seau ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n J’essaie d’apporter des id\u00e9es lorsque c’est n\u00e9cessaire, de participer aux discussions sur les id\u00e9es propos\u00e9es par l’ensemble du r\u00e9seau, de les soutenir et d’apporter mon grain de sel. S’il s’agit de r\u00e9aliser des croquis ou des illustrations ou d’apporter quelques textes, j’apporte volontiers mon soutien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Tu es l’illustrateur principal de l’exposition en r\u00e9seau „Nothing about us without us“, qui sera pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e pour la premi\u00e8re fois lors de la conf\u00e9rence No Lager \u00e0 G\u00f6ttingen ! Qu’est-ce qui t’a amen\u00e9 \u00e0 l’illustration ? Comment est-ce devenu ta passion ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n J’aime l’inspiration et c’est ainsi que c’est devenu ma passion. Je m’inspire d’une id\u00e9e et j’essaie de la repr\u00e9senter sous forme de dessin ou d’esquisse, ou en fait sous forme d’\u00e9criture. C’\u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 une passion pour moi quand j’\u00e9tais enfant : je veux faire des illustrations. Je prends des inspirations et je les transpose par \u00e9crit ou sous forme d’illustrations ou de paroles de chansons. Je veux pr\u00e9senter ma vision des choses. Cela m’aide \u00e0 surmonter les difficult\u00e9s. En fait, cela m’apaise aussi lorsque je suis confus ou en proie \u00e0 des pens\u00e9es profondes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Est-ce que dessiner ou \u00e9crire a quelque chose de politique pour toi ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Je m’exprime \u00e0 travers des dessins et des textes, et c’est politique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Quel est ton avis sur Coulourful Voices et le r\u00e9seau medien.vielfalt ! ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Je trouve que c’est une initiative que je salue aujourd’hui, car c’est une plateforme qui permet aux migrants de diff\u00e9rentes nationalit\u00e9s de s’exprimer, de donner leur avis sur certains sujets et de se faire entendre. \u00c0 mon avis, cette libert\u00e9 d’expression est un grand atout dans ce r\u00e9seau. C’est une grande chance pour les migrants qui font partie du r\u00e9seau de s’exprimer, de donner leur avis et d’y adh\u00e9rer vraiment. C’est en fait une affaire d’avenir ! Have fun reading!<\/p>\n\n\n\n a text by Mahtab Mahboub<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n In the past months, we have witnessed how (civil society as well as state run) institutions categorized refugees into \u201cgood, deserving ones\u201d and black and brown ones. The loud voices criticizing this white supremacy want more than \u201ccompassion and empathy\u201d from you. They are leading us in the direction of a political community in which, as Arendt put it, \u201cwe are judged not through the characteristics which define us at birth, but through our actions and opinions, by what we do and say and think\u201d! The empathy logic, the altruism, the \u201cit could have been me or my relatives\u201d logic doesn\u2019t work here. You will not be drowning at the Mediterranean, nor will you be tripped by a camerawoman at the Hungarian border while holding a child in your arms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Yet, for any \u201chuman togetherness\u201d to be possible or even imaginable, for a society to which we all feel belonged, we all must pay our fair share. We are tired of talking to ourselves, listening to ourselves, pushing ourselves out of burnouts just to see that we are our own audience while not having the fundamental right for political participation, the right to vote. Linked with a pain each of us experienced individually, we always see people \u201clike us\u201d in our struggles not just for our rights but for human equality and dignity in the society we live in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n As Yvonne Esi M\u00fcller, Landesvorsitzende in NRW & im Bundesvorstand from Die Urbane had to cry out in our latest rally, we need to ask \u201cwhere are you people? You, the people taking selfies with the Dome but leaving us unseen and unheard?\u201d At the face of a state and political parties always flagging alterity and making the other\u2019s difference dangerous to disclose, we have no way but to develop a political narrative that represents non-citizens neither a cultural decorative object, nor a threat but a valid and relevant social agent. We need a political discourse that makes building up solidarity and coalitions possible but doesn\u2019t put the burden of all the struggle only on the most oppressed with the least access to resources. For this very same reason that you are not the fleeing refugees, you have the responsibility to listen and to raise your voice for an inclusive democracy. Stand with us in our fight for gaining the right to vote, for remembering that it is a right and not a privilege exclusive to the people with the right passport! It is therefore all the more important to recognize that the topic has been talked about more and more frequently in recent months. The fact that we can speak about it is above all also possible by clearing-up work, like the (not) okay Podcast of the „network medien.vielfalt! Because not only since yesterday the anti-stigma podcast deals realistically, critically and empowering with the topics psyche, illness, health, stereotypes and (de-)stigmatization. What are your different roles in this network?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n I try to contribute ideas when needed, participate in discussions about the ideas proposed by the whole network, support them and give my input. When it comes to making sketches or even illustrations, or contributing some text, I’m happy to support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n You are the main illustrator of the network exhibition „Nothing about us without us“, which will be shown for the first time at the No Lager conference in G\u00f6ttingen! What brought you to illustration? How did it become your passion?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n I like inspiration and that’s how it became my passion. I get inspired by an idea and try to represent it in the form of a sign or a sketch or actually in writing. This has been a passion for me since I was a child: I want to make illustrations. I take inspirations and put them in writing or in illustrations or in song lyrics. I want to depict my view of things. It helps me to overcome difficulties. It actually also calms me down when I am confused or in deep thought.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Is it something political for you to draw or write?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n I express myself through drawings and texts and that is political.<\/p>\n\n\n\n What is your opinion of Coulourful Voices and the network media.diversity!?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n I think it’s an initiative that I welcome today because it’s a platform that allows migrants of different nationalities to express themselves, to voice their opinions on certain issues and to have their voices heard. In my opinion, this freedom of expression is a great asset in this network. It is a great opportunity for the migrants who are part of the network to express themselves, to voice their opinions and to really join it.
