Ein Text von Mahtab Mahboub<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Die vereinte Stimme des Protests, die in diesen Tagen aus allen Ecken des Irans zu h\u00f6ren ist, zeigt, dass sich der Kontext der iranischen Gesellschaft ver\u00e4ndert hat. Eine Gesellschaft, die nach Ansicht der Machthaber von einer traditionellen Kultur beherrscht wird, die von den Frauen eine besondere Bedeckung verlangt. Die traditionelle Frauenbedeckung unterscheidet sich jedoch deutlich von dem einheitlichen Zwang zum Schleier (schwarzer Tschador) und zur Maghnaeh (eine Art islamische Bedeckung f\u00fcr Frauen, die Kopf und Brust bedeckt). Die Vielfalt der Verh\u00fcllung wurde durch Mord, Folter und Dem\u00fctigung in einem Zeitraum von mehr als drei Jahren, vom Winter 1980 bis 1984, unmittelbar nach der Revolution von 1979, an den Rand gedr\u00e4ngt und zerst\u00f6rt, zusammen mit der Beseitigung der Vielfalt jeder anderen Art von Leben und Glauben, die sich nicht mit denen der Machthaber identifizierten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Der t\u00e4gliche Widerstand der Frauen, die ihr Recht auf ein freies Leben nicht aufgeben wollten, ging jedoch weiter, von den K\u00e4mpfen gegen die Revolutionsgarde und die Paramilit\u00e4rs, die Partys in den privaten R\u00e4umen der H\u00e4user angriffen, \u00fcber die Selbstverbrennung als Protest bis hin zur Entwicklung von Apps, die nun andere Frauen \u00fcber den Standort der Hijab-Polizei auf den Stra\u00dfen und anderen \u00f6ffentlichen Pl\u00e4tzen informieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In diesen Tagen des Protests, die durch die Ermordung der 22-j\u00e4hrigen Kurdin Mahsa Amini durch die Hijab-Polizei in Teheran ausgel\u00f6st wurden, werden Namen und Symbole dieser langen Geschichte des weiblichen Widerstands in den Freudent\u00e4nzen und der Verbrennung von Frauent\u00fcchern beschworen, von Dr. Homa Darabi, die sich 1994 selbst in Brand steckte, um gegen die Gewalt und die Entmenschlichung der Frauen zu protestieren, bis hin zu dem „blauen M\u00e4dchen“, das gerade versucht hatte, ins Stadion zu gehen, um ein Fu\u00dfballspiel zu sehen, aber den Tod w\u00e4hlen musste, nicht nur, um der Gef\u00e4ngnisstrafe zu entgehen, sondern auch der Familienpolizei, dem Vater.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Die Seelen der Rojava-K\u00e4mpferinnen mit dem Slogan Jen, Jian, Azadi (Frau, Leben, Freiheit) vereinen sich nun mit der Stimme jener Ahwazi-Araberin, die den Sicherheitskr\u00e4ften bei einem Protest inmitten einer schweren D\u00fcrre zurief: „Unsere Demonstrationen sind friedlich, warum schie\u00dft ihr auf uns? Die Stimmen von den R\u00e4ndern sind in das Zentrum dieses weiblichen Kampfes ger\u00fcckt.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n W\u00e4hrend fr\u00fchere Mobilisierungsversuche zur \u00c4nderung des Gesetzes durch Unterschriftensammlungen und Unterst\u00fctzung der Bev\u00f6lkerung sowie die Entsendung von mehr weiblichen Abgeordneten ins Parlament – beides haupts\u00e4chlich von Aktivist:innen in der Hauptstadt organisiert – nicht viel Erfolg hatten, hat diese Protestwelle die Solidarit\u00e4t vieler Menschen gewonnen, die verzweifelt auf Ver\u00e4nderungen dr\u00e4ngen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sich mit einem nicht-m\u00e4nnlichen K\u00f6rper im \u00f6ffentlichen Raum zu bewegen, wird f\u00fcr viele zu einem potenziellen Todesrisiko, vor allem f\u00fcr diejenigen, die auf \u00f6ffentliche Verkehrsmittel angewiesen sind, weil sie sich kein privates Fahrzeug leisten k\u00f6nnen, obwohl dies keine Garantie f\u00fcr die Sicherheit einer Frau* ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Die Hijab-Polizei hatte nie einen klaren Verhaltenskodex, und diese Ambivalenz ist der Grund daf\u00fcr, dass sie die Frauen<\/strong>* in st\u00e4ndiger Angst h\u00e4lt und sie die St\u00e4dte f\u00fcr Frauen unsicher macht!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Parallel zum wachsenden Druck durch Inflation, Arbeitslosigkeit, Klimakrise und den nicht enden wollenden Berichten \u00fcber Korruptionen in noch nie dagewesenem Ausma\u00df schr\u00e4nkt der Staat das Recht der Frauen* auf ihre reproduktiven Rechte ein, indem er Sterilisationen und die kostenlose Verteilung von Verh\u00fctungsmitteln im \u00f6ffentlichen Gesundheitssystem verbietet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Die j\u00fcngeren Generationen von Frauen* sind eher Weltb\u00fcrgerinnen, mutig und fordern ihr Recht auf ein Leben ohne Unterdr\u00fcckung ein. An ihrer Seite k\u00e4mpfen (meist junge) M\u00e4nner*, die nun wissen, dass das herrschende System der Theokratie und ihre neoliberale Politik auch ihnen nicht zugute kommt. Angesichts von Arbeitslosigkeit, ethnischer und religi\u00f6ser Diskriminierung und der Verarmung breiter Bev\u00f6lkerungsschichten, die mit der Klimakrise zusammenf\u00e4llt, hat ihre Geduld nachgelassen. Sie repr\u00e4sentieren jetzt eine neue Art von M\u00e4nnlichkeit, die die Freiheit der Frauen unterst\u00fctzt und ihre Stimme sowohl auf der Stra\u00dfe als auch in den Diskursen verst\u00e4rkt; eine M\u00e4nnlichkeit, die nicht f\u00fcr sich selbst wirbt, sondern den Stimmen mit weniger Zugang zur Macht, also den Forderungen von Frauen und LGBTQI+, Raum gibt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Das Neue wird auf den Stra\u00dfen Teherans geboren und es ist die Geburt eines feministischen Kampfes!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Ich denke, es ist auch wichtig, die wunderbare Solidarit\u00e4t zu erw\u00e4hnen, die diese Bewegung erfahren hat, von syrischen K\u00fcnstlerinnen \u00fcber Femen-Aktivistinnen bis hin zu unseren Schwestern in Afghanistan und der T\u00fcrkei, die uns unglaublich unterst\u00fctzt haben und nicht nur in ihren Medien \u00fcber uns berichtet haben, sondern auch auf die Stra\u00dfe gegangen sind, um unsere gemeinsamen Forderungen nach Frauenrechten und Freiheit herauszuschreien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Welche Worte beschreiben dich?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Rebellisch, k\u00e4mpferisch, ungeduldig<\/p>\n\n\n\n Was sollte man \u00fcber dich wissen, wenn man dich kennenlernen m\u00f6chte?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Man muss von meiner Flucht ein bisschen was wissen. Man sollte \u00fcber die Situation von Kurd:innen und Frauen in islamischen Kulturen Wissen haben. So kann man mit mir sehr gut ins Gespr\u00e4ch kommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Was sind Themen, die dir wichtig sind?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Gleichberechtigung, Gleichheit, Umwelt und Kampf gegen Kapitalismus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Du bist Teil des netzwerk medien.vielfalt! Was sind da deine unterschiedlichen Rollen?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Ich bin leider die einzige Redakteurin beim Radio Corax in Halle. Meine Hauptaufgabe gerade ist, dass ich Beitr\u00e4ge, Interviews und Reportagen organisiere und durchf\u00fchre f\u00fcr Colourful Voices sowie f\u00fcr Common Voices, unsere Sendung bei Radio Corax in Halle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Was ist deine Meinung zu Colourful Voices und dem netzwerk medien.vielfalt!?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Colourful Voices ist eine von ganz wenigen Internetseiten von Medienmacher:innen, die Fluchterfahrung oder eine Migrationsbiographie haben und wo auch besonders viele Frauen* mit Fluchtbiographie aktiv sind. Es ist sehr bunt! Zu den Themen Migration, Flucht, Rassismus und Gleichheit zum Beispiel gibt es sehr inforeiche Beitr\u00e4ge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Was ist dein Wunsch f\u00fcr die Zukunft vom Netzwerk?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Ich w\u00fcnsche mir, dass das Netzwerk bleibt und sich entwickelt. Es gibt tausende deutsche und europ\u00e4ische F\u00f6rdergeber, die auch f\u00fcr so ein wichtiges Projekt Geld geben und das Projekt unterst\u00fctzen k\u00f6nnen, damit die Menschen nicht umsonst arbeiten m\u00fcssen, wissend, dass diese Menschen am meisten von wirtschaftlichen Problemen und Armut betroffen sind. Gefl\u00fcchtete Menschen sind Menschen die total von Armut betroffen sind und deswegen f\u00fcr so ein wichtiges Projekt und so wichtige Themen nicht ehrenamtlich oder umsonst arbeiten sollten. Deine Familie und die Gemeinschaft, in der du geboren wurdest, entscheiden dar\u00fcber, wie du dein Leben leben wirst, zumindest entscheiden sie \u00fcber deine Kindheit und Jugend. Danach liegt die Entscheidung bei dir… es sei denn, du wurdest als Frau in der MENA-Region geboren, dann ist es das Gesetzesroulette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Entweder bist du in einem Land, in dem das Gesetz auf deiner Seite ist, in dem das Gesetz dich als unabh\u00e4ngiges menschliches Wesen unterst\u00fctzt und dir das Recht gibt, zu w\u00e4hlen. Oder du bist in den meisten F\u00e4llen in einem Land, das jede Frau als Minderwertige betrachtet, die einen m\u00e4nnlichen Vormund braucht, der Entscheidungen f\u00fcr sie trifft, wo das Gesetz buchst\u00e4blich in jeder Hinsicht gegen dich ist, ein Gesetz, das deine Ermordung im Namen der Ehre erlaubt, und ein Gesetz, das dich als schuldig hinstellt, egal was du tust…<\/p>\n\n\n\n Sagen wir, du hast das Gesetzesroulette gewonnen, herzlichen Gl\u00fcckwunsch! Nun, es gibt noch viel mehr Roulettes zu gewinnen: \u00fcberholte Traditionen, Normen, Br\u00e4uche, religi\u00f6se Vorstellungen… hier und vielleicht zum ersten Mal in deinem Leben hast du die Wahl.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Die Wahl, die Existenz dieser Roulettes zu bek\u00e4mpfen und f\u00fcr dein Recht zu k\u00e4mpfen, zu w\u00e4hlen, f\u00fcr das Recht, nicht diskriminiert zu werden und f\u00fcr das Grundrecht, gleich behandelt zu werden wie M\u00e4nner, als menschliches Wesen behandelt zu werden. Vielleicht f\u00e4ngst du an, dich als Feministin zu bezeichnen und lernst die lange Geschichte der Frauen kennen, die selbst im „fortschrittlichen Westen“ f\u00fcr ihre Rechte k\u00e4mpfen. Die Leute werden dich f\u00fcr verr\u00fcckt und wahnhaft halten, du k\u00f6nntest des K\u00e4mpfens m\u00fcde werden und dein Leben k\u00f6nnte jede Minute bedroht sein, aber das spielt keine Rolle, denn du willst die Ver\u00e4nderung, du willst ein Leben f\u00fcr dich und f\u00fcr andere Nicht-Cis-M\u00e4nner, ein Leben, in dem du frei bist… Denn du wei\u00dft, selbst wenn du dich nicht f\u00fcr das K\u00e4mpfen entscheidest, wirst du nicht in Frieden leben in einer Gesellschaft, die deine Existenz als Nicht-Cis-Mann als Fehler ansieht und dich als leichtes, unvermeidliches Ziel f\u00fcr jede Verletzung sieht, die man einem Menschen antun kann… denn schlie\u00dflich hast du keine Wahl…<\/p>\n\n\n\n Dieser Text ist inspiriert vom Beitrag von Nur und Farah der Redaktion NewcomerNEWS zum Feminismus im Nahen Osten. Wenn wir hier in Deutschland die Wahrheit kennen, dann gibt es kein Verstecken mehr und ihre L\u00fcgen sind so schwach wie sie sind.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Macht weiter mit euren Protesten und h\u00f6rt nicht auf, bis ihr die Freiheit erlangt habt, die ihr verdient habt. Wir unterst\u00fctzen euch und wir werden hier eure Stimme sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Selbst wenn Ali Khamenei, der Oberste F\u00fchrer, oder seine Gefolgsleute versuchen, euer Internet abzuschalten oder Propaganda \u00fcber euer Aufstand zu verbreiten, k\u00f6nnen sie niemals eure Stimmen zum Schweigen bringen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n In diesem Zusammenhang k\u00fcndigte der Koordinierungsrat der iranischen Gewerkschaftsorganisationen eine dreit\u00e4gige Staatstrauer an und erkl\u00e4rte in einer Erkl\u00e4rung mit dem Titel „Ihr trinkt das Blut der Jugend des Landes“: „Ihr Herrscher und Verursacher systematischer Unterdr\u00fcckung habt in diesen historischen Tagen eine Reihe unschuldiger Student:innen in diesem Land get\u00f6tet. Mit Herzen voller Hass und H\u00e4nden, die mit Blut befleckt sind“.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mahsa Amini, auch bekannt als Jina Amini oder Zhina Amini, war nicht das erste Opfer der Brutalit\u00e4t, und leider sind auch Kinder von dieser Ungerechtigkeit nicht ausgenommen. Die Nichtregierungsorganisation Amnesty International berichtete am 13. Oktober, dass Sicherheitskr\u00e4fte und die Polizei w\u00e4hrend landesweiter Proteste im Iran mindestens 23 Kinder – 20 Jungen und 3 M\u00e4dchen – durch Sch\u00fcsse oder andere gewaltsame Mittel get\u00f6tet haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Die iranische Regierung verbreitet Mythen \u00fcber den Selbstmord von Zhina Amini. Mahsa hat nicht Selbstmord begangen, sondern wurde von der Polizei zu Tode gepr\u00fcgelt. Der Gerichtsmediziner, der den Totenschein ausstellte, forderte ihren Vater kaltbl\u00fctig auf, zu schweigen. Mahsas Vater, Amjad Amini, wird nicht schweigen, und wir werden es auch nicht. Mahsa ist unsere Schwester, und wir werden nicht zulassen, dass jemand die Tatsachen \u00e4ndert. Zhina ist unsere Tochter, und wir werden sie nicht vergessen, egal was passiert, und wir werden dem brutalen Diktator und seinen M\u00e4nnern niemals verzeihen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Unser ganzes Beileid gilt der Familie Amini. Ihre Tochter ist nicht gestorben, sie lebt in unseren Herzen weiter. Sie ist ein Symbol f\u00fcr Aufopferung, St\u00e4rke und Mut. Eine Heldin ist das Mindeste, was wir von ihr sagen k\u00f6nnen. M\u00f6ge Gott ihr gn\u00e4dig sein und sie in Frieden ruhen lassen. Unser Beileid gilt auch all den anderen Familien, die w\u00e4hrend der Proteste Mitglieder verloren haben. Ihr Opfer ist unbezahlbar und wird sicherlich nicht vergeblich sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Die Ungerechtigkeit im heutigen Iran wird hinter der Religion versteckt. Der Islam lehnt Ungerechtigkeit ab. Gott ist nicht erfreut \u00fcber die Morde und Verbrechen an Menschen, aber die Machthaber glauben, sie k\u00f6nnten die Welt t\u00e4uschen, indem sie sich B\u00e4rte wachsen lassen und behaupten, Gott zu kennen. Allah sagt: „Wer einen Menschen t\u00f6tet, f\u00fcr den ist es, als ob er die ganze Menschheit get\u00f6tet h\u00e4tte. Und wer ein Leben rettet, f\u00fcr den ist es so, als h\u00e4tte er die ganze Menschheit gerettet.“<\/p>\n\n\n\n Die arme Amini wurde ihrer Familie und ihren Freunden zu Unrecht entrissen. Die Moralpolizei hat sie get\u00f6tet, weil sie nicht wei\u00df, was Moral ist. Sie behaupten, religi\u00f6s zu sein, obwohl ihr Gott nicht Allah, sondern Khamenei ist, und sie werden alles tun, was er ihnen sagt, auch wenn es gegen alle geistigen Werte ihrer Religion verst\u00f6\u00dft. Ganz gleich, was wir tun, wir k\u00f6nnen die Vergangenheit nicht \u00e4ndern und sie zur\u00fcckholen. Was wir tun k\u00f6nnen, ist zu k\u00e4mpfen und das Bewusstsein daf\u00fcr zu sch\u00e4rfen, dass so etwas nie wieder passiert.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Seitdem sein wahres Gesicht der Welt gezeigt wurde, fordert die ganze Welt den Sturz Khameneis und seines Regimes. er kennt keinen Gott und betet nur sich selbst an. Als F\u00fchrer hat er sein Volk nicht nur im Stich gelassen, er hat sich sogar mit Grausamkeit gegen es gewandt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Die Rolle eines F\u00fchrers ist es, zu f\u00fchren, nicht zu unterdr\u00fccken. Wir fordern, dass er f\u00fcr alle Verbrechen, die er begangen hat, vor Gericht verurteilt wird. Im Interesse der Gerechtigkeit f\u00fcr Zhina Amini und alle anderen Opfer sollte er den Rest seines Lebens im Gef\u00e4ngnis verbringen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Jeder Polizeibeamte, der Verbrechen an unschuldigen Menschen begangen hat, sollte das gleiche Schicksal erleiden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Auch allen \u00c4rzten und Gerichtsmedizinern, die diese Verbrechen vertuschen, darf nicht verziehen werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Das iranische Volk verdient die Freiheit und wird sie, so Gott will, auch erlangen. Une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui, selon les dirigeants, est domin\u00e9e par une culture traditionnelle qui exige un couvrement sp\u00e9cial pour les femmes. Or, les couvrements traditionnels des femmes sont nettement diff\u00e9rents de la contrainte uniforme du voile (tchador noir) et du maghnaeh (sorte de rev\u00eatement islamique pour les femmes qui maintient la t\u00eate et la poitrine couverts). La diversit\u00e9 du couvrement a \u00e9t\u00e9 marginalis\u00e9e et d\u00e9molie par le meurtre, la torture et l’humiliation et dans une p\u00e9riode de plus de trois ans durant l’hiver 1980 \u00e0 1984, juste apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9volution de 1979, en m\u00eame temps que l’\u00e9limination de la diversit\u00e9 de tout autre type d’\u00eatre et de croyance qui ne s’identifiait pas \u00e0 ceux des dirigeants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Cependant, la r\u00e9sistance quotidienne des femmes qui n’ont pas renonc\u00e9 \u00e0 leur droit de vivre librement s’est poursuivie, depuis les luttes avec les corps des gardiens de la r\u00e9volution et les paramilitaires qui attaquaient les f\u00eates dans l’espace priv\u00e9 des maisons, jusqu’\u00e0 l’auto-immolation en guise de protestation, en passant par la cr\u00e9ation d’applications mobiles qui informent d\u00e9sormais d’autres femmes de l’emplacement de la police du hijab dans les rues et autres espaces publics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n En ces jours de protestations d\u00e9clench\u00e9es par le meurtre d’une jeune femme kurde de 22 ans, Mahsa Amini, par la police du hijab \u00e0 T\u00e9h\u00e9ran, les noms et les symboles de cette longue histoire de r\u00e9sistance f\u00e9minine sont convoqu\u00e9s dans les danses joyeuses et les mises-\u00e0-feu de foulards de femmes, du Dr. Homa Darabi qui s’est immol\u00e9e par le feu en 1994 pour protester contre la violence et la d\u00e9shumanisation des femmes, \u00e0 la „fille bleue“ qui venait d’essayer d’entrer dans un stade pour regarder un match de football mais qui a d\u00fb choisir la mort, non seulement pour \u00e9chapper \u00e0 la peine de prison, mais aussi \u00e0 la police familiale, au p\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Aujourd’hui, les \u00e2mes des combattantes du Rojava, dont le slogan est „Jen, Jian, Azadi“ (femme, vie, libert\u00e9), rejoignent la voix de cette femme arabe Ahwazi qui a cri\u00e9 aux forces de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 „nos manifestations sont pacifiques, pourquoi nous tirez-vous dessus“ lors d’une manifestation dans un contexte de grande s\u00e9cheresse. Les voix des marges se sont d\u00e9plac\u00e9es vers le centre de cette lutte f\u00e9minine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Alors que les pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes tentatives de mobilisation pour changer la loi en recueillant des signatures et un soutien populaire et en envoyant davantage de femmes au Parlement – toutes deux organis\u00e9es principalement par des activistes de la capitale – n’ont pas eu beaucoup de succ\u00e8s, cette vague de protestation a obtenu la solidarit\u00e9 de nombreuses personnes qui souhaitent d\u00e9sesp\u00e9r\u00e9ment un changement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Naviguer dans l’espace public avec un corps non masculin est devenu un danger de mort potentiel pour beaucoup, en particulier pour celles qui doivent utiliser les transports publics parce qu’elles ne peuvent pas se permettre d’avoir un v\u00e9hicule priv\u00e9, bien que cela ne garantisse pas la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des femmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n La police du hijab n’a jamais eu un code de conduite tr\u00e8s clair et c’est \u00e0 cause de cette ambivalence qu’elle maintient les femmes dans une peur constante et que les villes ne sont pas s\u00fbres pour elles !<\/p>\n\n\n\n Parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 la pression croissante de l’inflation, du ch\u00f4mage, de la crise climatique, des rapports incessants de d\u00e9tournements de fonds sans pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent, l’\u00c9tat limite le droit des femmes \u00e0 leurs droits reproductifs en interdisant la st\u00e9rilisation et la distribution gratuite de contraceptifs dans le syst\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 publique. Les m\u00eames politiques de s\u00e9gr\u00e9gation qui ont exig\u00e9 du personnel f\u00e9minin pour de nombreux emplois, y compris les m\u00e9decins, les infirmi\u00e8res et les enseignants, ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 deux g\u00e9n\u00e9rations de femmes qui sont \u00e9duqu\u00e9es et qui en ont assez de leur statut inf\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Le nouveau est en train de na\u00eetre dans les rues de T\u00e9h\u00e9ran et c’est la naissance d’une lutte f\u00e9ministe !<\/p>\n\n\n\n Les jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations de femmes* sont davantage des citoyennes du monde, courageuses et exigeant leur droit \u00e0 une vie sans oppression. \u00c0 leurs c\u00f4t\u00e9s se battent des hommes* (jeunes pour la plupart), qui savent d\u00e9sormais que le syst\u00e8me th\u00e9ocratique au pouvoir et ses politiques n\u00e9olib\u00e9rales ne leur profitent pas non plus. Face au ch\u00f4mage, aux discriminations ethniques et religieuses, \u00e0 la paup\u00e9risation de vastes populations co\u00efncidant avec la crise climatique, leur patience s’est \u00e9mouss\u00e9e. Ils repr\u00e9sentent aujourd’hui un nouveau type de masculinit\u00e9 qui soutient la libert\u00e9 des femmes et amplifie leur voix tant dans la rue qu’en termes de discours ; une masculinit\u00e9 qui ne se promeut pas elle-m\u00eame mais qui tient l’espace pour les voix ayant moins acc\u00e8s au pouvoir, \u00e0 savoir les revendications des femmes et des LGBTQI+.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Je pense qu’il est \u00e9galement important de mentionner la magnifique solidarit\u00e9 dont ce mouvement a b\u00e9n\u00e9fici\u00e9, des artistes syriens aux militantes Femen, en passant par nos s\u0153urs d’Afghanistan et de Turquie, qui nous ont apport\u00e9 un soutien incroyable et ne se sont pas content\u00e9es de nous couvrir dans leurs m\u00e9dias, mais sont descendues dans la rue pour crier nos revendications communes en mati\u00e8re de droits et de libert\u00e9 des femmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Rebelle, combative, impatiente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Que doit-on savoir sur toisi l’on veut te conna\u00eetre ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n On devrait en savoir un peu plus sur ma fuite. Avec des c\u0153urs pleins de haine et des mains tach\u00e9es de sang“.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mahsa Amini, \u00e9galement connue sous le nom de Jina Amini ou Zhina Amini, n’\u00e9tait pas la premi\u00e8re victime de cette brutalit\u00e9 et, malheureusement, les enfants ne sont pas exclus de cette injustice. L’organisation non gouvernementale Amnesty International a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le 13 octobre que les forces de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la police ont tu\u00e9 au moins 23 enfants – 20 gar\u00e7ons et 3 filles – par balle ou par d’autres moyens violents lors des manifestations nationales en Iran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Le gouvernement iranien r\u00e9pand des mythes sur le suicide de Zhina Amini. Mahsa ne s’est pas suicid\u00e9e, mais la police l’a battue \u00e0 mort. Le m\u00e9decin l\u00e9giste qui a \u00e9tabli le certificat de d\u00e9c\u00e8s a demand\u00e9 de sang-froid \u00e0 son p\u00e8re de se taire. Le p\u00e8re de Mahsa, Amjad Amini, ne se taira pas, et nous non plus. Mahsa est notre s\u0153ur, et nous ne permettrons \u00e0 personne de changer les faits. Zhina est notre fille, et nous ne l’oublierons pas, quoi qu’il arrive, et nous ne pardonnerons jamais au dictateur brutal et \u00e0 ses hommes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Nous pr\u00e9sentons toutes nos condol\u00e9ances \u00e0 la famille Amini. Votre fille n’est pas morte car elle est vivante dans nos c\u0153urs. Elle est un symbole de sacrifice, de force et de courage. Une h\u00e9ro\u00efne est le moins que l’on puisse dire d’elle. Que Dieu ait piti\u00e9 d’elle et qu’elle repose en paix. Nos condol\u00e9ances vont \u00e9galement \u00e0 toutes les autres familles qui ont perdu des membres pendant les manifestations. Leur sacrifice n’a pas de prix et ne sera certainement pas vain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n L’injustice en Iran aujourd’hui se cache derri\u00e8re la religion. L’islam rejette l’injustice. Dieu n’est pas satisfait des meurtres et des crimes commis contre les gens, mais ceux qui sont au pouvoir croient qu’ils peuvent tromper le monde en se laissant pousser la barbe et en pr\u00e9tendant conna\u00eetre Dieu. Allah dit : „Quiconque tue une personne [injustement]\u2026 c’est comme s’il avait tu\u00e9 toute l’humanit\u00e9. Et quiconque sauve une vie, c’est comme s’il avait sauv\u00e9 toute l’humanit\u00e9.“<\/p>\n\n\n\n La pauvre Amini a \u00e9t\u00e9 injustement enlev\u00e9e \u00e0 sa famille et \u00e0 ses amis. La police de la moralit\u00e9 l’a tu\u00e9e, car elle ne sait pas ce qu’est la moralit\u00e9. Ils pr\u00e9tendent \u00eatre religieux m\u00eame si leur Dieu n’est pas Allah mais Khamenei, et ils feront tout ce qu’il leur dira de faire m\u00eame si cela va \u00e0 l’encontre de toutes les valeurs spirituelles de leur religion. Quoi que nous fassions, nous ne pouvons pas changer le pass\u00e9 et la ramener. Ce que nous pouvons faire, c’est lutter et sensibiliser les gens pour que cela ne se reproduise plus jamais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Depuis que son vrai visage a \u00e9t\u00e9 montr\u00e9 au monde, le monde entier exige la chute de Khamenei et de son r\u00e9gime. Il ne conna\u00eet pas de Dieu et n’adore que lui-m\u00eame. En tant que dirigeant, il n’a pas seulement abandonn\u00e9 son peuple, il s’est m\u00eame retourn\u00e9 contre lui avec cruaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Le r\u00f4le d’un leader est de diriger, pas d’opprimer. Nous demandons qu’il soit condamn\u00e9 par la justice pour tous les crimes qu’il a commis. A society that, according to the rulers, is dominated by a traditional culture that demands a special covering from women. Yet, the traditional women\u2019s coverings are distinctly different from the uniform compulsion of veils (black Chador) and Maghnaeh (a kind of Islamic covering for women that keeps the head and chest covered). The diversity of cover was marginalized and demolished by murder, torture and humiliation and in a period of more than three years from the winter of 1980 to 1984, right after the 1979 revolution, along with elimination of the diversity of any other type of being and believing that did not identify with those of the rulers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n However, the daily resistance of women who did not give up their right to live freely continued, from the struggles with Revolutionary Guard Corps and paramilitia that attacked parties in the private spaces of homes, to self-immolation as protest, to the creation of mobile applications that now informs other women about the location of Hijab police on the streets and other public spaces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The voices of the margins have moved to the center of this feminine struggle.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n In these days protests triggered by the murder of a 22 year old Kurdish woman, Mahsa Amini at the hand of Hijab police in Tehran, names and symbols of this long history of feminine resistance is summoned in the joyful dances and burning of women\u2019s scarves, from Dr. Homa Darabi who set herself on fire in 1994 to protest the violence and dehumanization of women , to the \u201cblue girl\u201d who had just tried to enter the stadium to watch a football match but had to choose death, not only to escape the prison sentence, but also the family police, the father.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Now the souls of Rojava fighters with the slogan of Jen, Jian, Azadi (woman, life, freedom) are rejoined with the voice of that Ahwazi Arab woman who shouted at the security forces\u201cour demonstrations are peaceful, why are you shooting at us?\u201d during a protest amid severe drought. The voices of the margins have moved to the center of this feminine struggle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n While previous attempts at mobilizing to change the law through gathering signatures and popular support and sending more female MPs to the Parliament -both organized mainly by activists in the capital- have not gained much success, this wave of protest have obtained the solidarity of many people who are desperate for change.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The hijab police never had a very clear code of conduct and this ambivalente is how they keep women in constant fear and the cities unsafe for them!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n Parallel to the increased pressure from inflation, unemployment, climate crisis, the unending reports of embezzlement in unprecedented amounts, the state is limiting women\u2019s right to their reproductive rights by outlawing sterilization and free distribution of contraceptives in the public health care system.The same segregation policies that required female personnel for many jobs including doctors, nurses and teachers has created two generations of women who are educated and fed up with their inferior status.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The younger generations of women* are more of global citizens, courageous and demanding of their right to have an unoppressed life. Along side them are fighting (mostly young) men*, who now know that the ruling system of theocracy and their neoliberal policies are not benefiting them either. In the face of unemployment, ethnic and religious discriminations, and impoverization of vast populations coinciding with climate crisis, their patience have waned. They are now representing a new kind of masculinity that supports women\u2019s freedom and amplifies their voice both on the street and in terms of discourses; a masculinity that does not promote itself but holds the space for voices with less access to power, that is women and LGBTQI+ demands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The new is being born on the streets in Tehran and it is the birth of a feminist struggle!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n I think it is quite important also to mention the beautiful solidarity this movement received, from Syrian artists to Femen activists, to our sisters in Afghanistan and Turkey who gave the most amazing support and not only covered us in their media but came to the streets to shout out our shared demands for womens rights and freedom.<\/p>\n\n\n\n What words describe you?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Rebellious, combative, impatient<\/p>\n\n\n\n What should people know about you if they want to get to know you?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n One should know a little bit about my escape. What are your different roles there?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Unfortunately, I am the only editor at Radio Corax in Halle. My main role right now is to organise and run features, interviews and reports for Colourful Voices as well as for Common Voices, our programme on Radio Corax in Halle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n What do you think about Colourful Voices and the media.diversity network?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n Colourful Voices is one of the very few websites of media makers who have a refugee experience or a migration biography and where especially many women* with a refugee biography are active. It is very colourful! For example, there are very inforeiche contributions on the topics of migration, flight, racism and equality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n What is your wish for the future of the network?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n I would like the network to stay and develop. There are thousands of German and European donors who can also give money for such an important project and support the project so that people don’t have to work for nothing, knowing that these people are the ones most affected by economic problems and poverty. Refugees are people who are totally affected by poverty and therefore should not work voluntarily or for free for such an important project and such important issues. It\u2019s up to your family and the community you were born in to decide how you will be going to be living for what might as well be your whole childhood and Youth. After that It\u2019s up to you to decide\u2026 unless you were born female in the MENA region, then it\u2019s the law roulette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Either you\u2019re in a country where the law is on your side, where the law supports your entity as an independent human being and gives you the right of choice. Or in the most cases you\u2019re in a country that considers every woman a minor that needs a male guardian making decisions and choices for her, where the law is literally against you in every aspect, a law that allows your murder in the name of honor and a law that paints you as guilty no matter what you do\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n Let\u2019s say you won the law roulette, congratulations! well there is way more roulettes to win: outdated traditions, norms, customs, religious concepts\u2026 here and maybe for the first in your life you will have the choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The choice to battle the existence of these roulettes and start fighting for your right to choose, for the right to not be discriminated against and for the basic right to be treated equally to men, to be treated as a human being. Maybe you will start identifying as a feminist and learn about the long history of women fighting for their rights even in the \u201cprogressed west\u201d. People will call you crazy and delusional, you might get tired of fighting and your life might be threatened every minute but that doesn\u2019t matter because you want the change you want a life for yourself and for other non-cis males, a life in which you\u2019re free\u2026 Because you know even if you don\u2019t choose to fight you won\u2019t live in peace in a society that sees your existence as a non-male as a mistake and sees you as an easy inevitable target for every violation that could be done to a human being\u2026 because after all you don\u2019t\u00a0have\u00a0a\u00a0choice\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n This text is inspired by Nur and Farah’s contribution to NewcomerNEWS on feminism in the Middle East. If we know the truth here in Germany, then there is no hiding and their lies are so weak as they are.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Go on with your protests and don\u2019t stop until you gain your freedom that you deserve. We support you and we will be your voice here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Even if Ali Khamenei, the Supreme Leader, or his followers tried to shut down your Internet or spread propaganda about your revolution, they can never shut down your voices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n In this context, the Coordinating Council of Iranian Trade Union Organizations announced a three-day national mourning and said in a statement titled \u201eYou are drinking the blood of the country\u2019s youth\u201c: \u201eYou rulers and perpetrators of systematic oppression have killed a number of innocent students in this country during these historic days. With hearts full of hate and hands stained with blood\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Mahsa Amini, also known as Jina Amini or Zhina Amini was not the first victim of brutality and unfortunately children are not excluded from this injustice. The nongovernmental organization Amnesty International said Oct. 13 that security forces and police killed at least 23 children-20 boys and 3 girls-by gunfire or other violent means during nationwide protests in Iran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Iranian government is spreading myths about Zhina Amini\u2019s suicide. Mahsa did not commit suicide, but the police beat her to death. The coroner who issued the death certificate cold-bloodedly told her father to keep quiet. Mahsa\u2019s father, Amjad Amini, will not be silent, and neither will we. Mahsa is our sister, and we will not allow anyone to change the facts. Zhina is our daughter, and we will not forget her no matter what, and we will never forgive the brutal dictator and his men.<\/p>\n\n\n\n All our condolences go out to the Amini family. Your daughter did not die for she is alive in our hearts. She is a symbol of sacrifice, strength and courage. A heroine is the least we can say of her. May God have mercy on her and may she rest in peace. our condolences also go out to all the other families who lost members during the protests. Their sacrifice is priceless and will certainly not be in vain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Injustice in Iran today is hidden behind religion. Islam rejects injustice. God is not pleased with the killings and crimes against people, but those in power believe they can deceive the world by growing beards and claiming to know God. Allah says, \u201e\u201cWhoever kills a person [unjustly]\u2026it is as though he has killed all mankind. And whoever saves a life, it is as though he had saved all mankind.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n Poor Amini was unjustly taken away from her family and friends. The morality police killed her, because they don\u2019t know what morals are. They claim to be religious even though their God is not Allah but Khamenei, and they will do whatever he tells them to do even if it goes against all the spiritual values of their religion. No matter what we do, we cannot change the past and bring her back. What we can do is fight and spread awareness so that this never happens again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Since his true face was shown to the world, the whole world demands the fall of Khamenei and his regime. he knows no God and worships only himself. As a leader, he has not only abandoned his people, he has even turned against them with cruelty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The role of a leader is to lead, not to oppress. We demand that he be convicted in court for all the crimes he has committed. For the justice of Zhina Amini and all the other victims, he should spend the rest of his life in prison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Every police officer who has committed crimes against innocent people should also suffer the same fate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n All the doctors and forensic physicians who cover up these crimes must not be forgiven either.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The Iranian people deserve freedom and will obtain it, God willing.
